新西兰移民局又发出重磅豁免 这些签证可以入境了

【天维网报道 记者Sally】今天早上，移民局更新了关于入境规定，有两类签证持有人可以入境新西兰。

第一，此前人在新西兰，持有初步居民签证的人士，同时在海外的时候拿到了接下来的居民签证，然后持这个第二份居民签证第一次要入境新西兰的人士。这部分人士可以入境新西兰了，不需要再额外申请豁免了。

（Persons who previously held their initial resident visa while in New Zealand, and are the holders of a second or subsequent resident visa granted offshore, and who are travelling to New Zealand for the

first time as the holder of that visa）.

其中，移民局对“接下来的居民签证”，和“第二份居民签证“也做出了解释，就是在2020年9月11日时，通过特殊规定被授予第二份或者接下来的居民签证的人，（例如该人士在2020年2月至9月11日之间，持有带旅行条件的居民签证，此前在新西兰是居民，但是在2020年9月11日在新西兰境外），就被认定为是持有第二份或者接下来的居民签证的人。

Note: A person who was granted a second or subsequent resident visa by special direction on 11 September 2020 (i.e a person who held a resident visa with travel conditions which expired between 2 February 2020 and 11 September 2020 and had previously been in New Zealand as a resident but were outside New Zealand on 11 September 2020), is considered to hold a second or subsequent resident visa for the purposes of Y3.30(a)(viii).

第二：剪羊毛工人被准予豁免入境，但前提是与剪羊毛工人签订工作合同的雇主，是新西兰羊毛合同工协会认可的雇主。同时剪羊毛工人本身有两年以上剪羊毛经验。移民局特批60个名额，可以在明年3月

31日之前入境工作。
